Jelang Ramadhan Sejumlah Kebutuhan Pokok Di Jaktim Mengalami Kenaikan

Basic Needs Price in East Jakarta Begins to Increase

The fasting month of Ramadan is still 12 days to go, but the price of basic needs in traditional markets in East Jakarta is already begun to increase for 5-20 percent. The price is predicted would keep increasing until Eid ul Fitr.

The (East Jakarta) Micro, Small and Medium Scale Enterprises Sub-Department as well as Livestock and Fisheries Sub-Department should have done monitoring. But, both sub-departments still haven’t given the reports until now

Among the basic needs which price increases significantly are egg, fish, and chicken meat. The traders quibbled that they had to increase the price because the supplies from distributors decrease since two weeks ago.
